Kari Watson joined PJW Speech and Language in December of 2025. She has worked as a certified and licensed speech language pathologist for over 30 years. She received her Master’s degree from Kent State University and her Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University. She has been fortunate to have worked with children in a variety of settings, which included a major hospital, home health, outpatient, private practice, and in the educational setting. She has also supervised speech pathologists and speech assistants in school districts throughout Phoenix and Tucson, AZ. In 2007, she joined Estrella Mountain Community College as an adjunct faculty member to help develop and promote the Speech Language Pathology Assistant Program.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her daughter who is a senior at the University of Arizona and her 4 year old golden retriever Bently.
