Book a phone consult!

It is highly recommended to book a phone consultation prior to scheduling an initial evaluation.

When booking a service, you will be prompted to “Select Location.” Please choose the default option.

I already had a phone consult and want to schedule an evaluation.

For an initial evaluation, appointments are conducted at your place of residence. Transportation, report writing, and communication with medical professionals are all included in the evaluation service.

Virtual conferencing for evaluation and/or therapy is also an option if you prefer. Teletherapy is offered through Zoom for Healthcare, a HIPAA compliant platform. We will provide easy to follow instructions for logging on and staying connected with the clinician.
